An old Korean shack that my mothers have polished to a shine.
Sukkaras are handmade by carefully hammering brass pieces one by one, and are becoming rare these days. Once you use one, it will become an indispensable part of your dinner table, whether Japanese, Western, or Chinese. Because it is slightly shallower than a normal spoon , it is useful not only as a spoon but also as a tool for cutting and serving food at the table .
Having been used for a long time in everyday life and gradually evolving into shapes suited to different uses, Sukkara exudes the beauty of genuine utility.
If you look closely, you'll see that they come in a variety of shapes, from slender to chunky, short to long. Some even have hand-carved Hangeul characters .
We try to select items that highlight such individuality as much as possible.
