A four-inch plate from the Yuko company, led by Abe Yuko, which once existed in Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture.
This was made around the 1950s. Although it is a small plate, it feels heavy and looks very sturdy, but the ring patterns made from the gosu and iron glaze give it a light and somewhat modern impression. It is a very easy-to-use dish that will likely be used often as a small plate or a vessel for serving side dishes.
